We plan an event what we are gonna organise. We work on it and the the final date or the process involved is finalised through some brain storming sessions.
Here, the students register. We evaluate all the details that are mentioned correctly or not. If, not then registration forms are sent for reconsideration.
The main event day. We all gather at the venue along with the participants and the event took place at the predicided venue at the given time.
The final stage. Here, the results are being declared to the most worthy participants. They are given the trophy and certificates.

The GOFCA club is very helpful for the students who find their future in industries and also for the students who are preparing for compititive exams. This club will definately enhace students skill if they take part in events on regular basis.
